Ingredients:

  • 6.0 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1.5 cup almond flour
  • 1.0 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3.0 serving egg whites (for omlet – 1 serving = 1 eggwhite)
  • 1.0 tsp Salt
  • 2.0 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1.0 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic
  • 1.0 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another. Add wet to dry. Bake about 1 he or until it feels hollow. 350 oven. Makes 8 buns
