LCHF/Keto (No Bean) Chili

Ingredients:

  • 2.0 tbsp Chili powder
  • 2.0 tbsp Cumin seed
  • 2.0 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 16.0 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw
  • 1.0 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
  • 16.0 oz Ground beef, lean
  • 2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
  • 8.0 serving Bacon – Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon
  • 1.0 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
  • 1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
  • 2.5 cup Rotel

Instructions:

  1. Cut bacon into 1″ squares and cook until crisp. Set aside to drain. Chop onion and green pepper and cook in bacon grease until slightly tender. Set aside. Cook ground beef and pork until done. Add cooked onion and pepper, meat, Rotel, tomato paste, and water in Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Cook 15-20 min to meld flavors. Add bacon before serving. **Optional** Garnish with sour cream, avocado, cheese, or topping (s) of choice. Optional items not included in nutrition info. Serving Size: 1c
