Ingredients:

  • 2.0 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 0.5 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
  • 1.75 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
  • 1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
  • 1.0 serving Hormel Pepperoni (15 Pepperoni)
  • 0.75 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
  • 0.25 cup Prego Pizza Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Mix 1.75 cup cheese with almond flour, cream cheese, and egg. Roll into crust and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Add topping and bake to taste. Serving Size: 8 slices
